Please read these terms carefully before using UnlockMyBazi.
1. Service
UnlockMyBazi provides BaZi (八字) calculation and AI-based destiny analysis reports. This service is for personal reflection and educational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional finance, legal, health, or psychological advice.
2. Payment
Pembayaran online aman via Mayar.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Pulse, Numerology, Compatibility: readings unlock instantly after payment, so refunds for "accidental purchase" are not available. Refunds apply only to: payment succeeded but product was not granted, unauthorized purchase (confirmed fraud), duplicate charge by the payment gateway, or a technical bug preventing product access.
Reserve & Elite: refund for "accidental purchase" is available only if ALL of the following are still true: the BaZi Reading has not been generated, Karakter content has not been accessed, and (Elite only) Master Fu Chat has not been used. Once any of these are used, AI processing costs have been incurred and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
For all tiers, technical errors, payment issues, unauthorized purchases, duplicate purchases, and confirmed fraud are always eligible for refund regardless of usage. To request: email [email protected] with subject "REFUND REQUEST - [Order ID]": we respond within 2 business days; approved refunds return to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
Generated reading content is for the buyer's personal use. Redistribution, resale, or claiming as your own work is prohibited without written permission. BaZi as a metaphysical system is ancient public knowledge; UnlockMyBazi's original interpretation content, design, and software are proprietary.
5. Accuracy & Disclaimer
BaZi analysis is interpretive and based on traditional Chinese metaphysical principles. It does not constitute prediction, prophecy, or guarantee of any future outcome. UnlockMyBazi is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from use of this reading. For serious life decisions, always consult a qualified professional.
6. Data Privacy
Personal data (name, birth date, email) is collected and stored securely on our servers solely for calculation, reading delivery, and to allow you access your readings anytime. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your reading data for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. See our full Privacy Policy at /privacy.html.
